The colander spoon has has a slight curve to the bowl making it great for serving. The 10 holes in bowl draining thin sauces and water easily. Handcrafted from domestic hardwood, each colander spoon has been skillfully hand shaped to show the woods natural beauty. The spoon has a deep curved bowl with a comfortable handle.
Because of the handmade process, each spoon is truly one-of-a-kind with slight variations in shape, wood color, and grain pattern from one piece to the next. It’s what you’d expect from being handmade. My small artisans mark is hand engraved on the back side of each utensil.
The spoon is finely sanded to a satin smooth surface and finished with natural food safe salad bowl oil.
